Muhammad Sani Hamid is a banking and financial services leader whose career bridges regulated finance and technology, a combination that sits at the heart of M20 Capital's mission to make professional, ethical investing accessible across Africa.

He built his banking career at Jaiz Bank Plc, Nigeria's pioneer non-interest (Sharia-compliant) bank, where he rose to Relationship Manager. There he set and executed balance-sheet growth strategy, pairing prudent risk-asset origination with large-scale deposit mobilisation, and led profitability initiatives through disciplined asset-liability management and margin expansion. His grounding in investment appraisal and risk-aligned credit structuring underpins M20's approach to capital deployment.

Earlier, at Galaxy Backbone Limited, the Federal Government's technology infrastructure provider, he helped design digital-transformation strategies and researched emerging financial technologies. With a BSc in Information Technology (Networking and Security) from Ajman University, UAE, Muhammad brings a rare fluency in both the financial and technical dimensions of building a digital-first investment platform.

As Managing Director, Muhammad leads M20 Capital's strategy, operations and growth, uniting disciplined asset management, Sharia-compliant finance and digital innovation under a single, governance-led vision.
